Pine needles are NOT my best friends
The snow has almost melted away here in my little town. My yard is therefore a tangled mess of mud, leaves and pine needles (I have gotten rid of most of the dog poop, so I'll leave that off the list). The pine needles are driving me crazy. Somehow they get dragged in everywhere. They are in my hair, clothes, kitchen, carpet, even the bed. I can vacuum several times a day and they still seem to be everywhere. I mostly blame Delta for dragging them in, but really, I think we (humans-animal) are about 50-50 guilty of this frustrating turn of events. Was it like this last year? I don't remember. Every time a new season comes around it somehow reinvents itself into a slightly new situation. Nothing is never quite like last year, which I love. You never know what to expect - pine needles in bed being my main example right this minute. I realize these are not life-changing events I am describing, but thank god for that. The ordinary is beautiful enough.
